We begin removing Structural steel and metal debris for site access
Allow property owners to return to search for any remaining valuables
Proceed with clearing fire ash, trash, concrete and remaining debris
Step 3: Topsoil Removal & Site Re-Grading
To meet county regulations and restore the land, we:
Excavate and remove approximately 6 inches of topsoil
Re-grade the site for future development or restoration
Erosion control measures can be added upon request for an additional cost
