Step 1: Feasibility Study
Schedule a FREE Discovery phone call with our team to discuss what the project entails from surveying and site to permitting and approximate pricing. We then follow up with an on-site visit to survey your property to understand where and what we can build within each cities defined ADU guidelines.
Step 2: Choose a Design
Upon successful Feasibility study completion, the next step is review what model fit and finish you would like and to discuss overall pricing. We have 3 models with 3 levels of interior finishes to choose from(Basic, Intermediate and High End). We then finalize and sign build contracts once the costs have been provided in an official project proposal.
Step 3: Permit and Build
Our Team pushes through permitting with public works in your area to gain approval for your build. From time of permitting approval to finished ADU we estimate 3 to 4 months for completion. During this time our team will host weekly site meetings to keep you informed of construction progress and updates
